Cancellation and Refund Policy for Travelobook.us
At Travelobook.us, we understand that travel plans can change. However, please note that most flight tickets, accommodations (hotels, etc.), prepaid rental cars, vacation packages, and service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. All cancellation requests must be made by phone. Refunds and cancellations are only accepted under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Cancellation and Refunds
- Fare Rules: Cancellations and refunds are subject to the specific fare rules and conditions of the airline, hotel, or service provider.
- No-Show Policy: If the passenger does not board the flight or is not available for boarding at the scheduled time without prior notice to the airline, the booking will be considered a “no-show,” and no refund will be granted.
- Supplier Waivers: In some cases, we may be able to secure waivers from the suppliers, allowing for a cancellation or refund.
Refund Request Process
Once you submit your cancellation request, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request. This confirmation is an acknowledgment that your cancellation and refund request has been processed, but it does not guarantee a refund. You will also receive a Cancellation Reference ID in the email, which you can use to track the status of your request.
After receiving your request, we will forward it to the relevant suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) for their review. The supplier will make the final decision regarding the eligibility of your refund. Please be aware that Travelobook.us has no control over the supplier’s decision and cannot influence the outcome. The service fees we charge for bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund Approval and Timeframe
Once a refund is approved by the supplier, it may take several days for the amount to be credited back to your payment method (e.g., credit card or bank account). Please be aware that the Cancellation and Refund process can take 60-90 days to complete.
Fees Associated with Cancellations and Refunds
- Supplier Fees: In most cases, suppliers charge a cancellation and refund fee. These fees are typically applied per passenger and per ticket.
- Post-Ticketing Service Fees: Travelobook.us may also charge a service fee for processing the cancellation and refund request. These fees are in addition to any fees charged by the supplier.
The refund process may be subject to the supplier’s specific conditions, and fees may apply. All fees are deducted from the refundable amount.
Important Notes
- Cancellations and refunds are not possible beyond 24 hours after booking, except in specific cases where the fare rules allow.
- Travelobook.us does not have control over the supplier’s decisions regarding refunds, and their decision will be final.
- Refund processing times and eligibility are solely determined by the supplier, and Travelobook.us is not liable for delays or refusals.
