Our Promise to You
At Travelobook, we want every traveler to book with peace of mind—knowing you’re getting the best available price on your flight.
If you find the same flight itinerary (including all taxes and fees) offered at a lower price on a major travel competitor’s website within 24 hours of booking with us, we’ll match that price by refunding the difference.
Prefer to cancel instead? You can also choose to cancel your booking with Travelobook for a full refund.
That’s our Travelobook Price Match Promise—your confidence, guaranteed.
What Qualifies as the “Same Itinerary”?
To be eligible, the itinerary must match exactly in all details, including:
-
Airline(s)
-
Flight number(s)
-
Departure and arrival times
-
Dates of travel
-
Number of travelers
-
Class of service or seat type
What Does “Available for Booking” Mean?
The lower fare must be publicly available and bookable online on a major U.S.-based Online Travel Agency (OTA) at the time you contact us.
Our agents must be able to verify the fare and its availability directly on the competitor’s site.
Which Websites Qualify as “Major OTA Competitors”?
For this policy, we recognize the following U.S. English-language websites as major competitors:
-
Expedia.com
-
Priceline.com
-
Orbitz.com
-
Travelocity.com
